My name is Kacey Loudermilk

I have extensive experience working with students and families across educational, clinical, and community settings. I provide academic coaching, mentoring, emotional support, and psychoeducational services to individuals with ADHD, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other learning and developmental differences. I work collaboratively with clients and families to create personalized, strengths-based strategies that support long-term success at school, university, work, and home.

My approach is practical, structured, and individualized. I focus on helping clients better understand how their brains work, identify barriers to learning or daily functioning, and build systems that reduce overwhelm while increasing consistency and confidence. I place strong emphasis on executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, planning, emotional regulation, and task initiation, tailoring strategies to fit each person’s unique environment and needs.

In addition to my coaching practice, I have facilitated teacher effectiveness workshops, presented parenting seminars for parents of young children and adolescents, and co-led parent support groups focused on child development, behavior management, and executive functioning challenges. I have also served as a mentor and advisor to young adults, helping them navigate academic demands, family relationships, life transitions, and the development of greater independence.

I am experienced in working closely with both individuals and families to improve communication, reduce conflict, and create supportive home and learning environments. I aim to bridge understanding between neurodivergent individuals and the systems around them—whether that is school, university, or workplace settings—so that expectations become clearer and more manageable.

I am passionate about helping individuals understand and leverage their strengths rather than focusing solely on challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that sustainable change comes from building realistic habits, compassionate accountability, and practical tools that can be maintained over time. I support clients in developing effective systems that enable them to thrive academically, professionally, and personally, while also building self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.
